The Treehouse is hosted on Circle.so, which is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices through your web browser. There’s also the Circle app available for iOS and Android, so you can join the community and participate in events from your phone or tablet, as well as your computer!

Joining The Treehouse is super easy! You can click here to be taken directly to the community. You’ll be securely taken to The Treehouse to complete your sign-up and payment. Once you’ve joined, you’ll receive a welcome overview and can start exploring and connecting with the rest of the troop right away!

Not at all! Our events welcome trainers of all experience levels. Whether you're a Pokémon professor or just starting your journey, there's something for everyone. We often have questions ranging from beginner-friendly to expert level!

Don't worry! Many of our events are recurring, so you'll have another chance soon. Keep an eye on the Treehouse TV calendar for makeup sessions or similar events!

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Once you cancel, you’ll keep your access and member benefits until the end of your current paid quarter. After that, you won’t be charged again and your membership will not renew. If you ever want to rejoin, you’re always welcome back!
