Absolutely. Safety and community are our top priorities. Only parents and their children can join, and all activities are family-friendly. We never allow unaccompanied adults or unrelated individuals.

No, not just anyone can join The Treehouse. Our community is exclusively for parents and their children 12 and under who love Pokémon. We’ve created a safe, welcoming space where real families can connect, play, and make memories together. This keeps our community special, supportive, and truly family-focused.

Joining is super easy! You can click here to be taken directly to The Treehouse’s sign-up page. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive a welcome email and can start exploring and connecting with the rest of the troop right away!

Yes! The Treehouse is open to families worldwide, so you can join our community no matter where you live. However, please note that at this time, only members in the United States will receive welcome kits or any items in the mail. All of our online events and activities are accessible to families everywhere.

The Treehouse is hosted on Circle.so, which is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices through your web browser. There’s also the Circle app available for iOS and Android, so you can join the community and participate in events from your phone or tablet, as well as your computer!

Not at all! Our events welcome trainers of all experience levels. Whether you're a Pokémon professor or just starting your journey, there's something for everyone. We often have questions ranging from beginner-friendly to expert level!

Don't worry! Many of our events are recurring, so you'll have another chance soon. Keep an eye on the Treehouse TV calendar for makeup sessions or similar events!

We do! The Treehouse offers an affiliate program for members who want to help our community grow. When you refer new families using your unique affiliate link, you’ll earn 15% commission on every membership sold. It’s a fun and easy way to share The Treehouse and get rewarded for spreading the word!

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Once you cancel, you’ll keep your access and member benefits until the end of your current paid quarter. After that, you won’t be charged again and your membership will not renew. If you ever want to rejoin, you’re always welcome back!
